摘　　要：目的探讨应用经皮微创钢板固定技术结合锁定加压钢板内固定治疗胫骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法自2008年9月至2010年6月，我科应用经皮微创钢板固定技术结合锁定加压钢板内固定治疗30例胫骨远端骨折，男21例，女9例；年龄19-22岁，平均42．3岁。其中开放性骨折7例，闭合性骨折23例，均为新鲜骨折。结果30例均获得随访，随访时间7-15个月，平均11．2个月。所有骨折均愈合，平均愈合时间3．6个月。根据JohnerWruhs评分，优21例，良7例，差2例，优良率93．3％。结论应用经皮微创钢板固定技术结合锁定加压钢板内固定治疗胫骨远端骨折，具有创伤小、术中出血少、固定可靠、可以早期功能锻炼等优点，是治疗胫骨远端骨折的理想方法。Objective To explore the clinical results of MIPPO technique using LCP in treating distal tibia frac- ture. Methods From September 2008 to June 2010,30 patients of distal tibial fracture were treated by MIPPO Tech- nique using LCP. There were 21 males and 9 females. They were open fracture in 7 patients and close fracture in 23 patients. Results 30 patients were followed up for 7-15 months （mean, 11.2 months）. All the fractures healed in av- erage of 3.6 months. According to Johner Wruhs scoring system,the excellent and good rate was 93.3%. Conclusion Treatment of distal tibial fracture with MIPPO Technique using LCP has the advantages of less injury,less blood loss ,steady fixation and early recovery of movement.
