摘　　要：随着基本药物制度在基层医疗机构推广,不仅其本身存在的问题开始凸现,而且对乡镇卫生院的挑战也日益的明显。从基本药物制度存在的问题出发,分析其对乡镇卫生院的挑战,进而提出应对建议。With the promotion of the essential drug list, not only there are some problems existing in the system itself, but there are some challenges to TCH more and more obviously. Start from the problems that existing in system itself to analyze the challenges and propose some solutions.
