摘　　要：目的研究白银市气温、气压及相对湿度等气象因素对流行性感冒发生的影响。方法利用2005年1月—2009年12月白银市某医院呼吸科门诊资料和白银市气象观测站同期的气压、温度和相对湿度观测资料,对白银地区流行性感冒与气象因素的关系进行分析,得出白银地区流行性感冒发病人数的月季变化,进一步分析白银地区流行性感冒发病人数与气压、温度和相对湿度及天气形势等气象因素的关系,同时分析了白银地区2009年9—11月甲型H1N1流感暴发流行特点。结果流行性感冒发生受气象因素的影响较大,气候发生变化时,流感的发生和流行亦产生很大的变化。结论气象因素是影响流感发生和流行的重要因素,两者关系较为密切,我们应合理利用气象因素对流行性感冒采取预防保健措施。OBJECTIVE To study the impact of meteorological factors on the incidence of influenza in Baiyin. METHODS Based on the data of respiratory outpatient service from a hospital and temperature, pressure, humidity and historical synoptic maps of Baiyin Meteorological observing station during January, 2005 to December, 2009, the relationship is analysed between influenza and meteorological factors and the inter-monthly change about patient numbers of influenza in Baiyin region is obtained. Through case study of patient numbers and meteorological factors, and analysed on features of influenza A （H1N1） spreads quickly in Baiyin Region during September to November, 2009. RESULTS Influenza was affected by meteorological factors. CONCLUSION Meteorological factors were closely related to the incidence of influenza, and makes suggestions on precautions against influenza by rational utilization of weather factors.
