妈富隆治疗皮下埋植术后子宫异常出血疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨皮下埋植术引起子宫异常出血的方法。方法将2007年1月—2010年12月期间在本站就诊的病人分成两组,治疗组40例采用妈富隆治疗,对照组40例采用求偶素治疗,比较两组控制出血时间、完全止血时间及有效率。结果妈富隆治疗组显效28例,占70.0%,有效12例,占30.0%;对照组显效17例,占42.5%,有效20例,占50.0%,无效3例,占7.5%。控制出血时间及完全止血时间治疗组显效明显优于对照组,治疗组分别为25.23h、48.93h;对照组分别为37.56h、68.17h。结论观察组应用妈富隆对皮下埋植术后引起子宫异常出血治疗的效果明显优于对照组,能够迅速止血,副作用低,恢复生理周期作用明显。OBJECTIVE To evaluate marvelon on women with abnormal uterine bleeding after norplant implantation. METHOD 40 treatment groups use the therapy of marvelon, while 40 control groups apply estrogen therapy. Then compare their time of control bleeding, stop bleeding and their efficiency. RESULT The treatment groups are at effect 70.0% （28 examples） , 30.0% valid （12 examples）, the control groups arc at effect, 50.0% valid （20 examples） and 7.5% in vain. The former is much better than the latter. And as for the time of control bleeding and stop bleeding, the treatment groups are also superior to the Control groups. The former are 25.23 hours and 48.93 hours respectively, and the latter are 37.56 hours and 68.17 hours. CONCLUSION It is more efficient to use marvelon on women with abnormal uterine bleeding after norplant implantation, which can stop bleeding with lower side-effects and recover very quickly in circadian rhythm.
