广州市白云区慢性非传染性疾病社区诊断报告及健康教育策略探讨

摘　　要：目的了解白云区常住居民主要慢性病患病情况,探讨居民慢性病预防与控制策略。方法采用多阶段整群随机抽样方法,对居住满半年以上的常住居民进行问卷调查和一般体格检查。结果实际调查居民17313人,总患病率为19.82%。15岁以上人群现场高血压检出率为10.05%,平均体重指数为23.45kg/m2,总超重肥胖率为20.24%,吸烟率为20.92%,饮酒率为8.91%,主动锻炼率为82.96%。结论低年龄组女性超重肥胖率高于男性,到18岁年龄段以后,女性超重肥胖率均低于男性,随着年龄增长而上升的趋势不明显。60岁以上老年人口的戒烟比例最高,原因可能是因患病而被动戒烟。锻炼模式多为老年人在退休后开展体育锻炼,而青、中年则较少进行体育锻炼。OBJECTIVE To understand the Baiyun District resident major chronic disease situation, discuss rural chronic disease prevention and control strategy. METHODS Multistage cluster random sampling method, the object is resided for more than half of the residents, the questionnaire survey and physical examination in general. RESULTS The actual survey of 17313 residents, the overall prevalence rate of 19.82%. People over the age of 15 the detection rate of hypertension was 10.05%, the mean body mass index was 23.45, the total of overweight and obesity rate of 20.24%, the smoking rate of 20.92%. Alcohol drinking rate was 8.91%, active exercise rate is 82.96%. CONCLUSIONS Low age group of female overweight obesity rates than men, to 18 years age female overweight obesity rates are lower than the male, increases with age is not evident. The elderly population aged over 60 quit the highest proportion, reason may be due to illness and passive smoking. Training mode for older people to retire after the sports exercise in young and middleaged, and less exercise.
