中国女篮中锋与世界强队优秀中锋技术运用对比研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、录像观察法和数据统计法,从攻守视角对我国女篮中锋与世界女篮强队中锋技术运用进行比较研究。结果表明:中国女篮中锋在投篮、篮板球、助攻、抢断、盖帽、犯规等指标上与世界优秀女篮中锋相比存在一定差距,并针对存在的问题提出相应训练对策。By using the methods of documentation,video observations and mathematic statistics,the paper,from the perspective of offense and defense,makes a comparative study of the technique application between Chinese women centers and those of the world top ones,with the result showing that there is a distance between Chinese women centers and the world top ones in the indexes of shooting,rebounding,assisting,stealing,blocking and fouling.The paper accordingly suggests the corresponding training countermeasures.
