中国与周边国家之间关于人民币区域化的政策互动之必要性

摘　　要：近年来,我国金融当局的一些决策行动体现了中央政府对人民币区域化的支持态度。显然,相对于本国在世界经济中的地位和境外市场对人民币的强大需求而言,当前在国际贸易中人民币的使用仍然非常有限。我国政府与周边各国官方之间缺乏相应的政策互动关系,这已成为了人民币合法跨境流通及区域化的重要障碍。笔者为此提出我国与周边国家之间关于人民币区域化的政策互动之必要性,并试述其客观基础、目的和研究方法及意义。In recent years,China＇s financial authorities have made some decision which reflects that the central government supports the RMB regionalization.Obviously,regarding its status in the world economy and the strong needs for Yuan from the overseas market,the current use of Yuan in international trade is still very limited.Chinese government and its circumjacent countries lack of corresponding policy interaction,which becomes the obstacles of legal cross-border circulation and regionalization for RMB.The author put forward that RMB regionalization policy interaction is necessary between China and circumjacent country,and tries to describe its objective basis,purpose,research methods and significance.
