窄谱紫外线联合0.005%卡泊三醇治疗寻常性斑块状银屑病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价窄谱紫外线联合0.05%卡泊三醇治疗寻常性斑块状银屑病的疗效和安全性。方法对35例轻、中度寻常性斑块状银屑病患者采用窄谱紫外线每周3次照射,联合0.005%卡泊三醇每天2次外用,共治疗8周,用PASI积分评价疗效。结果治疗开始2周后出现疗效,随着治疗时间的延长,有效率逐渐提高,治疗结束时痊愈率达到40%,有效率达85.71%,4例发生皮肤刺激反应,占11.43%。结论窄谱紫外线联合0.05%卡泊三醇治疗寻常性斑块状银屑病具有起效快、疗效好、副作用小的优点。Objective：To evaluate the curative effect and safety of the narrow-band ultraviolet with 0.05% calcipotriol in the treatment of plaque psoriasis vulgaris.Methods：35 patients with the mild to moderate plaque psoriasis vulgaris were treated for 8 weeks with narrow-spectrum ultraviolet radiation three times a week,coupled with 0.005% calcipotriol twice daily topical,and assessed by the PASI evaluation points.Results：The curative effect of the treatment occurs two weeks later and increases over time.The treatment concludes with the cure rate of 40%,effective rate of 85.71%,and 4 cases of skin irritation accounting for 11.43%.Conclusion：Narrow-band ultraviolet 0.05% calcipotriol with plaque psoriasis vulgaris has the advantages of the rapid and satisfactory effect and little side effect.
