摘  要:目的探讨Wnt信号转导途径及N-cadherin/β-catenin复合物在脑胶质瘤发生及迁移中的特性和作用。方法利用免疫组化及Western blot方法检测各级别脑胶质瘤标本及正常对照脑组织中β-catenin及N-cadherin的表达。结果临床各级脑胶质瘤病理组织中存在β-catenin的表达,而且高级别胶质瘤中表达水平明显高于低级别胶质瘤(P=0.015)和正常组织(P=0.001)。N-cadherin在高级别胶质瘤中的表达水平明显低于低级别胶质瘤(P=0.007),但在正常脑组织和星型细胞瘤则没有明显差异(P=0.124)。结论经典的Wnt信号转导途径可能在胶质瘤的发生发展中存在作用,N-cadherin/β-catenin复合物调节障碍可能参与了胶质瘤迁移过程。Objective To discuss the characteristics and function of the Wnt signal transduction way and the N-cadherin/β-catenin compound in the tumorigenesis and migration of brain glioma.Methods The expressions of β-catenin and N-cadherin in glioma samples of different grades and normal brain tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry and Western blot.Results β-catenin was expressed in glioma cells and the expression level was higher in high grade glioma than that of poor grade glioma(P=0.015) and normal brain tissues(P=0.001).The expression level of N-cadherin was lower in high grade glioma than that of poor grade glioma(P=0.007),but there was no significant difference in N-cadherin expression between normal brain tissues and poor grade glioma(P=0.124).Conclusion Wnt signaling transduction way and N-cadherin/β-catenin is probably involved in the tumorigenesis and differentiation.
