160例康复期精神分裂症患者社区护理的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨社区护理对康复期精神分裂症患者的效果。方法:将160例痊愈出院患者随机分为研究组80例、对照组80例,对研究组80例患者进行社区护理干预,对照组采用一般护理干预,对两组患者于患者入组时及出院后的第12个月末各进行一次精神科量表(包括BPRS、GAS、CGI-SI)评定和比较。结果:研究组经社区护理随访1年前后BPRS、GAS、CGI-SI评分均无显著性差异(P>0.05),对照组经一般护理干预随访1年前后BPRS、GAS、CGI-SI评分均有显著性差异(P<0.05),且研究组与对照组于随访1年后的BPRS、GAS、CGI-SI评分均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:康复期精神分裂症患者通过社区护理,可有效降低康复期精神分裂症患者的复发及住院的风险和促进社会功能恢复。Objective：To examine the effects of community nursing to the schizophrenia outpatients. Methods：To select randomed 160 clinical recovery outpatients and split them to researching group（80） and control group （80）. Making community nursing to the researching group and routine nursing to the control group; evaluating and comparing the scores of the psychiatry scales（ including BPRS, GAS, CGI -SI） at the beginning, and the end of the 12months leaving the hospital. Results： Comparing to the beginning, af- ter one year community nursing the psychiatry scales of the researching group had not significant difference（ P 〉 0.05） ; the psychiatry scales of the control group（ by routine nursing） had significance difference（ P 〈 0.05 ） ; and after one year follow -up the psychiatry scales had significant difference between the researching group and control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions ： Convalescence of schizophrenic patients through community nursing, rehabilitation can effectively reduce the recurrence of schizophrenia and the risk of hospitalization and the promotion of social function recovery.
