摘　　要：MB90092是一种可编程大规模集成电路芯片,主要用于视频字符叠加.介绍了该芯片的内部结构和主要功能,给出了采用89C51控制该芯片设计的一种新型字符叠加电路.该电路应用于可视化成像测井系统中,可在成像测井图像中成功叠加相关字符信息.MB90092 is a programmable IC chip which is used to add characters in the video signal.The internal structure of the MB90092 and its function were introduced,and a new circuit to add characters in the video signals by using 89C51 was given.The new circuit has been successfully used in the video-logging system to add related character information in the logging video image.
