摘　　要：随着网络的飞速发展，ＩＰ地址出现了严重不足，ＩＰ地址盗用现象严重。针对这一问题提出了一种防止ＩＰ盗用的方案，该方案能够定位盗用者的物理位置，具有较好的实用价值。该方案已在Ｌｉｎｕｘ系统上实现。Following the rapid development of network.it is short of IP addresses, many IP addresses have been illegally used. Aim at this. the paper presents one method to solve this problem. This method can locate the illegal user's physic location. It has been implemented on Linux.
