摘  要:通过对大唐国际内蒙古托克托发电厂1号600 MW亚临界机组进行了大修前、后2次锅炉热化学试验研究,对影响该机组蒸汽品质的诸多因素进行了定量试验考查,确定了蒸汽携带系数、炉水含盐量(以钠计)、机组负荷及其变化速率、汽包压力等参数的最优控制范围,从而使饱和蒸汽钠含量达到了小于2.0μg/kg的期望值控制水平,解决了该机组蒸汽钠含量超标问题,对于预防汽轮机积盐起到了积极作用。Twice Boiler Thermo-chemical Experimen Studies were made before and after cap- ital repair of NO. 1 600 MW Sub-critical Boiler Unit of Datang international NeiMeng TuoKeTuo power plant, some influence factors about steam quality were explored quantiva- tively, Carryover coefficienceof steam, salt content of boiler water,fluctuation velocity of unit load,dumn water level ect. were made sure. as a result,sodium ion content of saturate steam come at expected value (〈2.0 μg/kg), solving the problem that the sodium ion content in saturate steam frequently excessed the quality criterion of water and steam, it has a positive effect on preventing Salt Deposits in Steam Turbine.
