摘　　要：结合陕西陕化煤化工集团有限公司磷复肥生产的实际,阐述了萃取磷酸、磷酸一铵(MAP)和磷酸二铵(DAP)这3套装置之间所采取的新型联产技术,主要包括3大技术:用DAP干线尾气吸收酸生产MAP,用部分MAP酸性料浆增产DAP,把DAP和MAP装置的污水用于萃取磷酸生产,分析、评价了联产装置的生产运行效果和收益。With regard to the actual situation of compound phosphate fertilizer production of Shanxi Huashan Cole and Chemical Industry Group Co.,Ltd.(SHCCIG),the new technology for combined production by the three plants of phosphoric acid extraction,MAP and DAP is outlined,that mainly involves three major technologies: producing MAP using the acid which absorbs DAP main line tail gas,increasing DAP production using part of the MAP acidic slurry,and using the effluent from DAP and MAP plants to produce extracted phosphoric acid.The analysis and evaluation of the production operation effect and benefit of the combined plants are provided.
