摘 要:断层破碎带巷道围岩变形呈现软岩特征,原有的巷道支护方式和技术失效。为解决断层破碎带支护问题和保证施工工期,根据软岩巷道支护理论,结合围岩性质提出了锚网喷架联合支护技术,并对设计方案进行了优化及分析。采用数值模拟对支护效果进行了分析,提出用药卷锚杆代替管缝式锚杆,架后充填进行释能让压,二次支护与巷道掘进平行作业。矿压监测结果表明,锚网喷架联合支护控制了巷道围岩的变形,保证了施工的安全,施工进度提高了66.7%。The wall rock deformation in fault fracture zone roadway shows characteristics of soft rock.The original normal supporting way and technology was unsuccessful.According to supporting theory of soft rock and properties of wall rock,combined supporting technology of anchor-mesh-steel arch is put forward to solve supporting problem and guarantee construction period.The design scheme is optimized and analyzed.Supporting effect is analyzed by numerical simulation.The study suggests that mortar bolt takes the place of slotted tube bolt,filling behind supporting releases energy and yield pressure,and roadway excavation and secondary supporting adopt parallel working.The monitoring data show that wall rock deformation has been effectively controlled,and construction speed can be increased by 66.7% in ensured security.
