摘 要:将二氧化碳排放作为非期望产出,基于Malmquist-Luenberger生产率指数,测算了2001-2009年资源环境约束下中国各省份的全要素能源效率,并将其分解为技术进步、纯技术效率变动和规模效率变动因子。研究结果表明,纯技术效率和规模效率的恶化是中国全要素能源效率下降的主要源泉;省际全要素能源效率增长率在省际间的分布差异较大,且主要源于技术进步的省际差异;在技术进步的推动下,全要素能源效率增长率呈现"先上升再下降"的变化趋势。This article taking carbon dioxide emissions as a non-expect output,measures China's provincial total factor energy efficiency in the period of 2001-2009 under resource and environmental constraints based on Malmquist-Luenberger Index,and decomposes the energy efficiency into technical progress,pure technical efficiency changes and scale efficiency change.The results show that the deterioration of pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency are the main source of decline in China's total factor energy efficiency.The distribution differences of provincial total factor energy efficiency growth are large,mainly due to provincial differences of technical progress.Driven by technical progress,showing of total factor energy efficiency growth shows the trend of increased first and then reduced.
