摘 要:农用地理论单产值的计算是产能核算工作中的重要内容,传统的理论单产值计算方法需要做一些补充。本文使用线性回归分析法,研究分等单元标准粮产量与自然质量等指数之间的变化规律,建立指定作物理论单产值与农用地自然质量分的数学模型,探讨基于农用地分等成果的指定作物理论单产值计算的新方法。并以昆明市为例进行计算分析,计算结果能够直接客观的反映农用地产能随耕地自然质量等别的变化情况,新探讨的计算方法能够对传统方法进行一些补充。该方法的探讨有利于当前农用地产能核算的基础工作。Calculation for theoretic yield of agricultural land is one of the significant contents in productivity calculation.The traditional theory of calculation method needs to do some supplement.In this study,we used the linear regression analysis to study the variation between classification unit standard grain yield and grade index of natural quality.Based on grading results of agricultural land to explore the new calculation method for theoretic yield calculation of appointed crop.Firstly,the changing rule between standard grain yield of agricultural land classification cell and the grade index of natural quality was explored;Secondly,the relationship between theoretic yield of appointed crop and farmland natural quality cents was built and then Kunming was taken as an example for calculating and analysing.The results could directly reflect the objective nature of agricultural real estate which can be cultivated with other changes in quality,and effectively supplement the content of the traditional methods of theoretic yield calculating and contribute to the local primary work on agricultural land′s productivity calculation.
