摘　　要：针对第三方认证问题比较了传统的和以Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ为基础的两种ＥＤＩ服务方式的优缺点，在此基础上提出了一种以Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ技术为基础的专用ＥＤＩ第三方认证模式，并提出了“逻辑第三方”的新概念。采用这种模式的中国国际电子商务网从实践上验证了它的有效性。Facing The third-party certification, this paper compares traditional EDI service model and Internet-based EDI service model, and proposes an apptopriative EDI third -party certification model based on Internet. A new concept 'logic third -party' is given in this paper. China International Electricity Trade Network (CIETN) takes advantages of this model and verifies its feasibility.
