摘　　要：北宋时期,在宋夏沿边交界处,因战事不断,宋朝设置的民兵性质的弓箭手发挥了相当大的影响,尤其是在军事领域的作用,主要表现在:戍守捍边、耕垦备战、参与战斗御敌和修筑军事工程,以及代正兵以省军费、开发地方、战斗御敌等方面。这一民兵性质的军事建制及其所发挥的军事效能,不但对北宋政府有效抗御党项、契丹族的扰攘侵掠起到了良好的作用,而且影响到周边辽朝和金朝的军事建制。During the Northern Song Dynasty, the Song Xia war brought out one kind of mili- tias ＂Gongjianshou＂（bowman） at the borders of Song part. It played a crucial role in that war. Its military significance can been seen on many aspects： defending homeland, cultivating the frontiers, fighting in the battle, building military fortifications. Besides, Gongjianshou showed its great value in the efforts to support the war in economical terms. Such militia system not only effectively defended Song soil against the invasions and raids from Tangut and Khitan troops, but also had a far-reaching influence on Song＇s counterparts~ militia system.
