焊割火灾事故原因分析及预防对策研究

摘　　要：从安全、可持续发展的角度,指出当前我国的焊接切割安全形势依然严峻,由焊割引发的火灾事故尤其不容小视。通过大量事实和数据说明"焊花致火"的机理,重申焊割特种作业及其引发火灾的危险性和危害性。结合东都商厦"12.25"特大火灾事故,剖析了惨剧发生的原因;并从安全意识、安全培训、安全措施、安全监管等方面提出焊、割火灾事故的主要预防措施及对策。指出必须高度重视焊割火灾事故,认识其后果的危害性、严重性,深刻吸取教训,提高人员素质,杜绝违法施工,防范焊、割火灾;建议开展"12.25"焊割安全宣传教育日活动。The paper showed service safety position of the welding and cutting from the safety and sustainable development view.It showed that the fires caused by torch cutting couldn＇t be overlooked.In this paper,a great deal of facts and data signify the mechanism of torch cutting caused fire,and suggested the fire risk and harm caused by torch cutting.There also give example as Dongdu Building 12.25 fire to find the reason of the tragic,and give the torch cutting fire preventions and solutions from the safety sense,safety training,safety measures and safety supervise.It showed that the torch cutting fire should be highlighted,and the severity and harmfulness of the consequence must be realized.Learn form mistakes profoundly,improve the quality of the whole staff,eliminate illegal construction,prevent the torch cutting fire.It suggests that we should carry the torch cutting safety publicity and education in every year of 12.25.
