摘  要:对伴生低铜铅锌矿的选别工艺进行研究,确定铜铅混合浮选—铜铅分离—铜铅尾矿浮锌的部分混合浮选工艺流程及最佳的工艺条件。在原矿含铜0.25%时,小型试验获得含铜20.57%、铜回收率75.45%的铜精矿;工业试验获得含铜21.41%、铜回收率73.27%的铜精矿与试验前生产指标相比,铜回收率从原来的49.69%提高到73.27%,提高了23.58个百分点。This paper studies the dressing process of low associated copper Pb-Zn ore and determines that the partial mixing flotation process of Cu-Pb bulk flotation - Cu-Pb separation - Zinc flotation in Cu- Pb tailing and best process conditions. When the raw ore contains 0.25% of the copper, the copper concentrate with grade of 20.57% and recovery of 74.5% has been obtained by pilot experiment; and the copper concentrate with grade of 21.41 and recovery rate of 73.27% has been obtained by industrial test. Compared with production before setting up the experiment, the copper recovery ratio increases from the orizinal 49.69% un tn 73.27% hv 9~ ~
