摘  要:在查明各矿物赋存状态和分析研究的基础上,针对铜、铅、锌、银、硒等矿物的嵌布特征,经过多方案探索试验,准确选择流程方案,充分发挥组合抑制剂、捕收剂的协同效应,采用"除碳—铜(银)锌优先浮选—重选(浮尾)硫"工艺流程,使该矿的各有用矿物得到有效分离,铜、锌回收率均大于90%,取得了较为满意的技术指标。Based on the analysis and study on the occurrence status of different minerals, aiming at the disseminating characteristics of different minerals such as copper, lead, zinc, silver and selenium, through multi-scheme discussion and test, the flowsheet has been determined accurately, which fully utilizes the coordination effect of composite depressants and collectors. The application of "carbon removal-copper (silver)-zinc priority fotation and re-election (float tail)- reselection sulfur" process has make the valuable mineral of the mine separate effectively, with copper and zinc recovery over 90%, which has obtained relatively more satisfactory technology indexes.
