摘 要:采用透析法提取鸡脾转移因子(TF)并对其理化性质、生物活性、安全性进行了研究.通过对小白鼠腹腔注射低剂量、中剂量和高剂量转移因子(TF),和对10日龄未免疫健康雏鸡接种新城疫疫苗和不同剂量TF,观察TF对鸡红细胞的吞噬率和吞噬指数的影响以及TF的细胞免疫和体液免疫作用.结果表明:TF小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞的最高比例和最高吞噬指数均产生在中剂量组,分别为60%和1.9,TF能增强T淋巴细胞转化率,与对照组相比新城疫抗体水平可提高3~4个滴度.The chemical properties,biological activity and security of transfer factor(TF) which was extracted from chicken spleen by dialysis were researched in this paper.Mice were treated by intraperitioneal injection of low-dose,medium-dose and high-dose TF,and then chicken red blood cells were used for detecting the effects of TF on the phagocytic rate and phagocytic index.10 day-old healthy chickens without vaccinated were inoculated with different doses of Newcastal disesse vaccine and TF,to observe the cellular and humoral immune function.The results showed that TF phagocytic rate and phagocytic index were 60% and 1.9 with medium dose,respectively.TF could enhance T lymphocyte transformation rate.Comparing to the control group,the level of Newcastal disease antibody could increase by titers 3~4.
