摘 要:为明确苜蓿根系生理特性的变化与抗旱性的关系,采用盆栽断水的方式模拟土壤干旱胁迫,测定苗期根系相对含水率(RWC)、脯氨酸(Pro)含量、可溶性糖(TSS)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量.结果表明:随着干旱胁迫程度增加,4个苜蓿品种根系RWC明显下降,Pro、TSS、MDA含量及SOD活性明显上升.经抗旱隶属度分析,‘野生黄花苜蓿’的综合评价值最高,为0.561 8,4种材料的抗旱性强弱顺序为:野生‘黄花苜蓿’>‘陇东苜蓿’>‘清水紫花苜蓿’>‘甘农2号’杂花苜蓿.In order to clarify the internal relationship between drought resistant capability and the change of physiological characteristics of alfalfa root,pot culture and water control were used to imitate drought stress in soil,and the relative moisture content,proline content,soluble sugar content,SOD activity and MDA content of roots in seedling period of four alfalfa cultivars were determined.The results indicated that the relative moisture content of alfalfa roots decreased significantly with the increasing of drought stress,whereas SOD activity,proline content,soluble sugar content and MDA content increased significantly.According to the drought resistant analysis of membership,'native Medicago falcata' had the highest comprehensive evaluation value of 0.561 8,the drought resistant capabilities of 4 cultivars were in the sequence of 'native Medicago falcata''Medicago sativa cv.Longdong''Medicago sativa cv.Qingshui''Medicago varia cv.Gannong No.2'.
