摘 要:对电气石超细粉体进行了红外辐射性能研究,通过激光粒度分析仪和傅里叶变换红外光谱仪及其光谱比辐射率测量附件进行了表征。结果表明,B2O3品位为8.36%的铁电气石随着细度的增加,全波长积分发射率也增加,当D50大于2.09μm时,全波长积分发射率有下降趋势;B2O3品位为8.59%的铁电气石全波长积分发射率随细度的增加也是先增加后下降,当D50为13.18μm时,全波长积分发射率达到最大值0.88,可能是电气石品位对比辐射率有影响。电气石的晶体结构特征及热释电效应是其产生较强红外辐射的主要原因。Tourmaline powders were characterized by laser particle size analyzer and fourier transform infrared spectrometer and its spectrum radiation rate measurement accessories,the infrared radiation properties of which were also studied.The results showed that with the increase of particle size for tourmaline with B2O3 grade 8.36%,the whole wavelength integrated emission rate would increase,when particle size D50 was more than 2.09 μm,the whole wavelength integrated emission rate reduced,so was tourmaline with B2O3grade 8.59%,while particle size D50was 13.18 μm,the whole wavelength integrated emission rate reached 0.88,the tourmaline grade was possible influencial to radiation rate.The crystal structure characteristics and pyroelectric effect of tourmaline is the main reason for which the infrared radiation is strong.
