摘  要:针对当前时间间隔测量方法中存在的问题,提出了脉冲计数法与时间-电压转换法结合的时间间隔测量新方法。通过电容充放电分别测量脉冲计数法中小于一个时钟周期的前后时隙,克服了传统时间间隔测量方法的测量原理误差,提高了测时精度,其测时的精度理论上可达皮秒量级。具有了脉冲计数法的测时长度和时间-电压转换法的测时精度,比常见的模拟时间内插法等具有更小的测时盲区。Aimed at the shortcoming of the existing in time interval measurement methods,a novel method of time interval measurement by combining with the pulse counting method and time-to-voltage conversion is proposed.The time interval which less than one clock cycles was caculated by using the principle of capacitor charging and discharging.This method completely eliminates traditional methods' principle error and improve the measurement precision.The theoretical measurement precision could be as high as several picoseconds.This method has a same measurement range than the pulse counting method and the same measurement precision than time-to-voltage conversion,a smaller blind region of ranging than that of the analog time interpolation.
