九香止泻片中总鞣质的测定

摘　　要：目的建立九香止泻片中总鞣质的定量测定方法。方法用干酪素法测定九香止泻片中总鞣质。测定条件为:以水超声提取30min,干酪素用量800mg,29%碳酸钠溶液显色30min后测定。结果线性回归方程为A=102.65C+0.0263,r=0.9995,鞣酸在1.0～10.0μg/mL线性关系良好,平均回收率为96.58%,RSD值为0.615%(n=6)。结论该分析方法简便、准确、可靠,可用于测定九香止泻片中总鞣质。Objective To establish a stable method for determination of total tannins in Jiuxiang Zhixie Tablets. Methods The casein method was used to determine the content of total tannins of Jiuxiang Zhixie Tablets. The conditions of determination is： Supersonic withdraws 30 min by water, used casein 800 mg, coloration in 29% the Na2CO3 30 min. Results The linearity range was 1.0—10.0 μg/mL, r = 0.999 5. The average recovery was 96.58% with RSD of 0.615% （n = 6）. Conclusion The method is reliable and could be used to determine the total tannins of Jiuxiang Zhixie Tablets.
