摘　　要：目的探讨西藏地区多层螺旋CT泌尿系统成像(MSCTU)技术的临床应用价值。方法 28例泌尿系病变患者分别行CT平扫,3期CT增强,CT泌尿系成像与IVP检查,并与传统IVP检查对比分析;CT泌尿系成像后处理技术包括多平面重建(MPR)、曲面重建(CPR),容积重建(VRT)和最大密度投影(MIP)。结果 28例通过MSCTU技术检查可清晰直观地显示病变的部位,性质,大小,形态与周围组织的关系及继发病变的情况,明显优于IVP检查。结论 MSCTU具有图像质量好,检查速度快,对病变检出率明显高于IVP检查的特点,MSCTU检查技术基本可取代IVP检查。Objective to study the Tibet area MDCT urinary system imaging（MSCTU）technology,and it＇s value of the clinical application. Methods 28 cases of patients with urinary lesions did Saul respectively,3（CT flat CT enhanced,CT urinary tractimaging and IVP inspection,and comparative analysis with traditional IVP check;CT urinary tract imaging after-treatment technology including many plane MPR）,rebuild（surface reconstruction（CPR）,volume VRT）and largest reconstruction（density projection（MIP）.Results MSCTU 28 cases through technical inspection can be clear and direct-viewing showing lesions place,nature,size,form the relationship with the surrounding tissue lesions and secondary IVP check,obviously superior.Conclusions MSCTU image quality good,check with fast speed,significantly higher than the lesion detection IVP inspection characteristics,can be replaced MSCTU inspection technology basic IVP inspection.
