腹部超薄皮瓣在手外伤中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨腹部超薄皮瓣修复手外伤后软组织缺损的手术方法及临床效果。方法2007年1月-2010年1月，应用腹部带蒂超薄皮瓣修复手部皮肤软组织缺损创面25例。结果25例皮瓣全部成活．其中1例皮瓣远端小部分坏死，经换药后愈合。术后随访3-24个月，手部外形美观，皮肤色泽好，功能恢复良好。结论应用腹部带蒂超薄皮瓣修复手部皮肤软组织缺损操作简便，便于临床推广应用。Objective To explore the surgical technique and clinical effect for repairing soft tissue defects of hand by super-thin abdominal flap. Methods From January 2007 to January 2010, soft tissue defects of hand in 25 cases were covered by pedicle super-thin abdominal flaps. Results The flaps of 25 cases all survived, only small part of distal skin was necrosis in 1 case, but healed after changing dressing. Followed-up ranged from 3 to 24 months, the appearance and function were satisfactory. Conclusion It is an ideal option for repairing soft tissue defects of hand by super-thin abdominal flap with subderminal plexus of vessels, which is achieved simple.
