摘 要:以PVDF超滤膜为研究对象,通过对受污染膜丝经水洗、碱浸泡(次氯酸钠和氢氧化钠混合)、酸浸泡(柠檬酸)、纯水浸泡清洗流程及经水洗、碱浸泡(次氯酸钠)、酸浸泡(柠檬酸)、超声清洗、纯水浸泡清洗流程的比较,探讨PVDF超滤膜的清洗方法.结果显示:PVDF膜经氢氧化钠浸泡后膜丝颜色发生明显变化,而经水洗、碱浸泡(次氯酸钠)、酸浸泡(柠檬酸)、超声清洗、纯水浸泡清洗后,膜丝颜色正常,膜通量恢复率可达到90%,且通过电镜观察,清洗后的膜丝表面及内部孔径基本没有污染物存在.此种清洗方法可以作为受污染PVDF膜的清洗方法.Using PVDF ultrafiltration membrane as researching subjects,compared the cleaning process of contaminated membrane after washed,alkali soaking(sodium hypochlorite and sodium hydroxide mixture),acid immersion(citric acid),water immersion and washed,alkali soaking(sodium hypochlorite),acid immersion(citric acid),ultrasonic cleaning,water immersion,discussed the cleaning methods of contaminated PVDF ultrafiltration membrane.The results showed that the color of PVDF membrane changed obviously after soaking by sodium hydroxide.However,the color of membrane was normal after washed,alkali soaking(sodium hypochlorite),acid immersion(citric acid),ultrasonic cleaning,water immersion,and membrane flux recovery rate reached 90%,and by electron microscopy observation,membrane surface and internal pore have little contamination after cleaning.It could be drawn the conculsion that this membrane cleaning method could be used by contaminated PVDF ultrafiltration membrane.
