摘　　要：基于循环经济和生态城市的基本内涵,依据乌鲁木齐市的生态和环境实际,探索了其以循环经济为基础建设生态城市的必要性,由此提出了乌鲁木齐市循环经济型生态城市建设的指标体系,进而提出了相应的措施。Based on means of cycle circular economy and ecological city,according to the basic connotation of urumqi ecological and environmental actual,we explored its cycle economy based on the necessity of construction of ecological city,and then put forward the Urumqi circulation economic index system of ecological city construction,and put forward some corresponding measures.
