摘  要:目的观察谷胱甘肽联合钠离子通道阻滞剂对预防奥沙利铂神经毒性的疗效。方法对48例入选患者采用FOLFOX6化疗方案,患者随机分为二组,治疗组22例,对照组26例。治疗组:奥沙利铂全身化疗前2d开始使用谷胱甘肽1800mg,每日一次静脉滴注,连用7d;化疗前30min,给予卡马西平100mg,每日三次口服,连用5d,葡萄糖酸钙1g,每日一次静脉推注,连用2d,硫酸镁1g,每日一次静脉推注,连用2d。对照组:不用谷胱甘肽和钠离子通道阻滞剂,其它用药与治疗组相同。观察神经系统不良反应。结果治疗组奥沙利铂神经毒性发生率22.7%(5/22),对照组为57.7%(15/26),治疗组与对照组比较,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论用谷胱甘肽联合钠离子通道阻滞剂预防奥沙利铂神经毒性疗效确切,是预防奥沙利铂的神经毒性主要措施之一。【Objective】 To observe the preventative effect of glutathione and Sodiumion gap block agent on neurotoxicity caused by oxaliplatin.【Methods】 adopt the Chemotherapy to treat 48 selected patients and divide them randomly into two groups.In the treatment group with 22 cases of patients,intravenous drip of the Glutathione(1800ml) was used one time per day for 7 days before chemotherapy with oxaliplatin;Thirty minutes before the chemotherapy,the Carbamazepine(100mg) was taken three times per day for successively five days;glucobiogen(1g) and magnesium sulphate(1g)were both injected intravenously one time per day for successive two days.In the contrasting group,the glutathione and Sodiumion gap block agent were not used and other treatments were the same as the former group.The bad effects of the nervous system were observed.【Results】 The incidence rates of the neurotoxicity caused by oxaliplatin were 22.7% in the treatment group and 57.7% in the contrasting group.The difference between these two groups has statistic significances(P〈0.05).【Conclusion】 preventative effect of glutathione and Sodiumion gap block agent on neurotoxicity caused by oxaliplatin is definite and the method served as one of the main measures to prevent the neurotoxicity caused by oxaliplatin.
