秦皇岛市森林生态系统服务功能评价研究

摘　　要：依据国家林业局发布的《森林生态系统服务功能评估规范》(LY/T1721─2008),采用权威部门发布的公共数据和已公开发表的科技文献资料数据,对秦皇岛市森林生态系统服务价值进行了评估,结果表明:2007年秦皇岛市森林生态系统涵养水源、保育土壤、固碳释氧、积累营养物质、净化大气环境、生物多样性保护和森林游憩所提供的生态服务价值为331.50亿元,是2007年秦皇岛市GDP的0.498倍,各项生态服务价值顺序是涵养水源>固碳释氧>保育土壤>保护生物多样性>净化大气>积累营养物质>森林游憩。单位面积森林生态服务功能价值的大小是青龙县>北戴河区>抚宁县>山海关>卢龙县>昌黎县>海港区,森林生态服务功能价值的66.8%分布在北部山区。研究结果能为秦皇岛市区域经济可持续发展和绿色GDP的核算提供科学依据。Based on the＂ Forest Ecosystem Services Assessment Standards＂（ LY/T1721--2008 ） issued by the State Administration of Forestry, the forest ecosystem services in Qinhuangdao areas were assessed using the pub- lic data issued by the authoritative department and the technical literature data by pubhshed publicly. The results showed that the total annual value of the ecosystem service functions was 331.50 billion yuan （RMB） in 2007, which was 0.498 times over the GDP of Qinhuangdao following order： water conservation 〉 carbon fixation in 2007. The values of the ecosystem services were in the and oxygen released 〉 soil conservation 〉 biodiversity protection 〉 atmospheric environment purification 〉 nutrient accumulation 〉 eco - tourism. The values of the ecosystem service functions in unit area ,sere in the following order ：Qinlong County 〉 Beidaihe District 〉 Funing County 〉 Shanhaiguan District 〉 Lulong County 〉 Changli County 〉 Haigang District, the 66.8% of the total val- ue distributed in the north mountainous area. The results can provide the scientific basis for the Qinhuangdao re- gional economies sustainable development and the green GDP calculation.
