摘　　要：地下水是一种宝贵的自然资源,是自然界水循环的重要组成部分,人类赖以生存和社会发展的重要物质基础,人类必须在合理开发的同时,确保地下水资源的采补平衡,使其得到永续利用。因此必须采取强有力的措施,遏制超采势头的发展,促进地下水资源的采补平衡和永续利用。文中根据且末绿洲实地考察、历年统计资料及水文概况分析的基础上,对研究区的水文地质条件、地下水的埋藏与分布规律、车尔臣河流域地下水的补给,径流,排泄及开采条件以及地下水开采利用现状进行了剖析。探讨了研究区合理开发利用和保护地下水资源的对策建议。The groundwater is a kind of precious natural resources.It is an important component of the natural water cycle and a material basis in the part of the human survival and the development of the society.The humanity must ensure the dynamic balance of the groundwater resources while reasonable development in order to make it get sustainable use.Therefore,we must take strong measures to curb over-exploited momentum of development and promote the groundwater resources in dynamic balance and sustainable utilization.According to Qiemo oasis field investigation,statistical data and hydrology survey analysis,the study analyzed the groundwater hydrology geology condition,distribution,groundwater recharge,runoff and discharge,mining conditions,groundwater exploitation and utilization status in study area,and discussed about the countermeasures for reasonable exploitation and utilization and protection of groundwater resources.
