摘 要:新时期黄河流域粮食主产区担负着国家粮食安全的重任。文中选择黄河流域23个县1422个农户成本数据,利用层次分析法和因子分析法构建了粮食主产区耕地利用集约度评价指标体系,并应用聚类分析法进行具体分层次研究其时空差异。结果显示:耕地利用集约度越高,粮食保障能力就越强;而制约集约度的主要因素是灌溉系数和农药强度。研究所体现的政策指向是:中央政府应进一步加大对黄河流域粮食主产区水利基础设施的支持力度,进一步加强粮食研发资金的投入,培育优良品种、研发高效低污染农药,使粮食生产在保持产出效率不降低的条件下进一步提高耕地利用集约度,保障国家粮食安全。Grain production ity in new period. Choosing regions along Yellow River will take on the responsibilities of the national food secur- 1422 cost data from peasants in 23 counties in the areas, we built indicator systems of land use intensive degrees for grain production regions by comprehensive analysis and factor analysis, and re- searched hierarchically their differences in time and space by cluster analysis. The results showed that the higher the intensive degrees are, the higher the capacity of the food security is. The major factors restraining intensivedegree are irrigation coefficient and intensity of pesticides. The policy direction of the results demonstrated that the central government should step up supports for its irrigation infrastructures, further strengthen the develop- ment fund on grain research and development, grow fine breeds and develop efficient and less polluting chemi- cals, and further increase the degree of land use intensive degree in the condition of maintaining grain production efficiency, in order to ensure national food security.
