西安市建成区扩张及动力机制分析

摘　　要：以1995年TM、2000年和2008年ETM+影像为数据源,提取了3个时期的西安市主城区建设用地及扩张信息,运用扩展强度指数、城市形态分形维数和扩张弹性系数模型对西安市1995～2008年建成区的扩张状况进行了分析并对其扩张的动力机制进行了研究。结果表明:1)研究区的建设用地面积从1995年的183.44km2增加到2008年的367.37km2,总体扩张了2倍多,年增长率为5.48%。2)城区的扩张围绕中心三城区(新城区、莲湖区、碑林区)向周围城郊扩张,扩张主要集中在北郊的未央区和南郊的雁塔区以及东部的灞桥区,西部区域扩张不显著。3)各指数表明城区总体扩张较快,城市边缘趋于复杂化,而且扩张不尽合理。在对其扩张动力机制分析表明,社会经济的发展是建成区扩张的内力,人口的增长和投资的加大及合理分配起着促进作用,交通网络的发展也起到了一定的推动作用。In this paper, urban land area in Xi＇an were extracted and its expansion information were obtainedbased on the Landsat TM/ETM ＋ images which obtained in 1995,2000 and 2005 ;Then urban land area＇s expansion and its expansion＇s driving mechanism were analyzed using expansion intensity index, urban morphology fractal force and expansion elasticity coefficient model. The results indicated that： 1 ）Urban land area increasedfrom 183.44km^-2 to 367.37km^-2 during 1995 - 2008, and overall expanded for 2 times and annual expansion ratewas 5.48%. 2）The expansion trend was from center areas （Xincheng district, Lianhu district, Beilin district）to periphery suburb, the expansion mainly concentrated in northern suburbs - Weiyang district and southern sub- urbs - Yanta district and eastern suburbs - Baqiao district, the expansion in western was not significant. 3 ） Eachindex showed that urban overall expansion was faster and urban fringe tends became complicated and expansion was not rational. Furthermore, analyzing urban land~ expansion situation and its mechanism showed that the eco-nomic development was endogenic force, and population growth, investment enlargement, rational allocation and development of transport network promoted the expansion of urban land.
