摘  要:目的:全身磁共振扩散加权成像(MR WB-DWI)不同背景抑制方法的比较研究,总结WB-DWI正常影像表现。方法:健康志愿者20例,同时接受STIR和CHESS两种不同背景抑制方法的WB-DWI检查。结果:DWI-STIR在颈肩部及腹盆腔背景抑制效果明显较DWI-CHESS好,但信噪比较DWI-CHESS低,扫描时间较DWI-CHESS长。正常人骨骼系统呈低-等信号,双肺、纵隔、肝脏、血管、肌肉、脂肪呈低信号。椎间盘、脊髓、颅脑、脾脏、肾脏、子宫内膜和前列腺外周带、睾丸、阴茎呈高信号。神经根及正常淋巴结也显示为高信号。结论:MR WB-DWI快速、安全,DWI-STIR可以有效抑制背景信号;掌握MR WB-DWI正常表现可以为进一步临床应用打下基础。Purpose: To study different background suppression methods and the summary the normal manifestations of whole - body magnetic resonance diffusion weighted imaging. Methods: Twenty healthy volunteers underwent WB - DWI examination with two different background suppression methods: STIR and CHESS. Results: The background suppression effect of DWI - STIR was obviously better than the effect of DWI - CHESS. But the SNR(signal to noise ratio, SNR) of DWI - STIR was lower than DWI - CHESS, and the total scan time was longer than DWI - CHESS. In healthy volunteers, the skeletal system showed low signal intensity to iso- intensity. The lung, mediastinum, liver, vessels, muscles and fat showed low signal intensity. The brain, spleen, kidney, endometrium, peripheral zone of prostate, testis, penis, Intervertebral discs and spinal cord showed high signal intensity. The nerves and little normal lymph nodes also demonstrated high signal intensity. Conclusion: MR WB - DWI is fast and safe. DWI - STIR can effectually suppress the background signal. Familiar with the normal manifestations of MR WB - DWI can help the clinical diagnosis.
