摘　　要：目的:通过调查邢台市医院感染率在各科室内的分布差异,探寻预防及降低医院感染率的主要措施。方法:该医院2005年6月～2009年6月出院的98 190份病历进行回顾性调查。结果:98 190例住院患者发生医院感染7755例,感染率为7.89%。结论:合理使用抗菌药物等措施能够有效降低医院感染率。Objective：To find differences in the distribution of preventive and effective measures to reduce nosocomial infection rates by investigate a nosocomial infection in various hospital departments.Methods：Retrospective study was taken based on the data of 98190 cases from June 2005 to June 2009.Results：Nosocomial infection happened in 7755 patients out of 95193 cases,and the rate was 7.89 %.Conclusion：Using antibacterial drug rationally or some measures else was very important to control nosocomial infection.
