摘　　要：目的:探讨藻酸钙敷料用于肛瘘术后的临床疗效。方法:将60例肛瘘术后病人随机分为治疗组(藻酸钙敷料换药)和对照组(传统换药)。结果:藻酸钙敷料在减轻病人疼痛,减少切口分泌物,促进切口愈合等方面均明显优于传统换药方法。结论:藻酸钙敷料作为一种新型换药材料,临床疗效肯定,具有一定的应用价值。Objective： To study the clinical curative effects of Calcium alginate dressing in anal fistula surgery. Methods： 60 cases with anal fistula, were randomly divided into the experimental group（ calcium alginate dressing） and the control group（ traditional dressing）. Results： The effects of calcium algi- nate dressing is obviously superior to the method of traditional dressing in alleviating pain, reducing wound secretion, promoting the wound . Conclusion ： Calcium alginate dressing, as a new kind of medicines and the clinical curative effects is good,it is worth to applicate in clinic.
