摘　　要：目的:总结胃石症患者经胃镜取石术的围手术期护理经验。方法:做好胃石症患者术前、术后的护理。结果:本组患者经内镜取石及综合治疗、细心护理,胃石全部排空,治愈率达100%。患者出院后均进行电话随访,到目前为止,未发现二次胃石。结论:内镜取石治疗胃石症是经济有效的方法,护士除加强术前、术后护理外,健康宣教尤为重要。Objective ：To summarize the nursing experience of the comprehensive treatment of the gastric bezoar. Methods 28 patients of gastric bezoar pre operative and postoperative care were observed and what nurses should do in the treatment was analyzed. Results： All the gastric bc＇zoars were fished out through endoscopic stone extraction and comprehensive treatment, the success rate reached 100%. All patients were discharged after telephone follow up, so far, no patient found a gastric bezoar again. Conclusion： Endoscopic stone treatment is a cost effective method for patients of gastric bezoar, nurses should pay much attention to the health education besides to strengthen the preoperative and postoperative care.
