摘　　要：目的探讨影像尿动力学检查在诊断小儿尿道直肠瘘中的应用。方法分析应用影像尿动力学检查诊断1例11岁男童尿道直肠瘘的临床资料。患儿主诉肛门闭锁术后、肛门漏尿11年。复习文献总结影像尿动力在指导小儿尿道直肠瘘诊治中的应用。结果影像尿动力学检查提示该患儿尿道直肠瘘的瘘管位于尿道球部,括约肌下方,且膀胱及括约肌功能良好。根据影像尿动力学检查结果采取经会阴部"T"形切口入路行"尿道直肠瘘修补术"。术后患者排尿正常,无并发症。结论影像尿动力学检查能明确诊断小儿尿道直肠瘘,并为其治疗提供指导。Objective To investigate the application of video-urodynamics（VUD） in the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric rectourethral fistula.Methods Data of an 11 year-old boy with rectourethral fistula diagnosed by VUD were reported.The boy suffered from anal atresia at birth and developed leakage after anolasty.The literatures were reviewed,and the value of VUD in the diagnosis and the treatment of pediatric rectourethral fistula was analyzed.Results The rectourethral fistula of this child was located in the bulb of penis,below the sphincter by VUD.The Bladder and sphincter functions were normal.Operation was performed to repair the fistula by transperineal ＂T＂-shaped incision according to VUD findings.After the operation,the child＇s micturition recovered to normal without any complications.Conclusion VUD is a valuable tool to diagnose and treat pediatric rectourethral fistula.
