摘 要:双分级低NOx直流燃烧器(DSB)可以在不受输煤管道最低风速限制的条件下实现一次风煤粉浓度和风速的调节,提高了锅炉的煤种适应性和低负荷稳燃能力,同时降低NOx排放。在某台1 025t/h切圆燃烧锅炉上的应用结果表明,该燃烧器与空气分级燃烧技术结合,可以降低NOx排放量约30%,飞灰可燃物的增加幅度小于1%,排烟温度的变化小于3℃,锅炉效率变化小于0.1%,具有良好的应用前景。By using the dual - staged low NOx straight flow burners, the regulation of puverized coal concentration in primary air and velocity of primary air can be realized without limitation of minimum velocity of pulverized coal in the conveying pipeline, at the same time of enhancing the adaptability of boiler to coal sorts and heigtening the combustion stabilizing capability of boiler under low load, the emission of NOx can also be reduced. The results of application on one 1 025 t/h boiler with tangential firing show that the combination of said new type burners with air - staged combustion can reduce NOx emission by 30 %, the increased amplitude of combustibles in fly ash being less than 1%, the variation of discharged flue gas temperature being less than 3 ℃, the variation of boiler efficiency being less than 0.1%,boasting good prospect of utilization.
