摘 要:于2009年5月17日至6月5日,在浙江省湖州市进行了5次泥鳅人工繁殖试验。结果表明:累计催产种鳅314 kg,约21 980尾,获受精卵2 340万粒,得泥鳅水花苗1 850万尾。其催产率为68.3%~95.5%,平均值为84.2%;孵化率为56.8%~93.3%,平均值为81.21%。对种鳅筛选、抓捕器具、催产激素剂种配伍、产卵水流及水温等影响泥鳅人工繁殖因素进行了探索和试验,为泥鳅规模化繁殖提供参考。In our study, The artificial propagation of loach was conducted five times at Huzhou in Zhe- jiang Province from May 17 th to June fifth in 2009. The results indicated that 314 kilograms mature loach with approximately 21 980 individuals had been propageted, and we got 2.34×10^7 fertilized eggs, and 1.85×10^7 loach fries. The spawning rate was from 68.3% to 95.5% and the average was 84.2%. The hatching rate ranged from 56.8% to 93.3% and the average value was 81.21%. We had carried out new exploration in mature loach selection, capture equipment, different pairs of hormone, spawning fluent and tne temperature which influenced the effect of loach propagation. We hope to provide some references for large-scale loach propagation.
