摘　　要：从资源、服务、技术、管理、人等5个方面探讨图书馆联盟的构成要素;从输入、产出、效果三个方面,分10种因素架构了图书馆联盟的绩效评估指标体系,目的是为完善联盟共享体系结构,创新与优化共享服务内容、开发利用共享资源,规范和调控共享行为提供依据。This paper analysed the elements of library consortium from the following five aspects： resource,service,technology,management,and human resource.This paper constructed the performance evaluation system with ten factors from the following three parts： input,output,and effect.The aim of this paper is to provide the basis for the improvement of the Union shared system,innovation and optimization of shared services,development and utilization of shared resources,and regulation and control of sharing behavior.
