摘　　要：采用实证研究方法,从产业集群的两个维度(贸易依赖和非贸易依赖)、信任的两个维度(友善和可靠)、知识获取的两个维度(知识采集和知识创新)角度对三者的作用机理进行研究。结果表明:产业集群参与及信任对知识获取有积极的影响;信任在产业集群参与及知识获取之间起中介作用;不同维度的影响程度存在差异。研究显示企业需根据知识获取的不同来源,集群制定参与策略,调整企业间信任模式。Using empirical research methods,from the two dimensions of firm involvement in industrial clusters（Traded Interdependence and Non-Traded Interdependence）,two dimensions for trust（Benevolence and Dependability）,and two dimensions for knowledge obtaining（Knowledge Acquisition and Knowledge Creation） study the mechanism of the three.The results showed that： Industrial clusters involvement and trust had a positive impact on knowledge obtaining;The relationship between industrial cluster involvement and knowledge obtaining is mediated by trust;impact of different dimensions are different.The current findings,though,highlight that it is important to consider the nature of the cluster involvement,the particular type of trust,and source of obtaining knowledge.
