我院10例注射用鹿瓜多肽不良反应报告分析

摘　　要：目的促进临床合理使用注射用鹿瓜多肽。方法对本院2010年1～12月注射用鹿瓜多肽的药物不良反应进行归类,分析。结果注射用鹿瓜多肽的不良反应以变态反应最为常见,共5例。结论提倡合理使用注射用鹿瓜多肽,加强用药监护,避免不良反应的发生。Objective To evaluate the incidence of ADR induced by Cervus and Cucumis Polypeptide for Injection and its safety. Methods Cervus and Cucumis Polypeptide for Injection ADR case medicines reported by clinical departments from Jan 2010 to Dec 2010 were classified and analyzed. Results Allergic reactions induced by Cervus and Cucumis Polypep- tide Injection were more often seen, total 5 case. Conclusion It should be promoted to use Cervus and Cucumis Polypeptide for Injection reasonably. According to the possible causes of ADRs, pharmaceutical care should de strengthened for avoid- ing ADR occurrence in the application of Cervus and Cucumis Polypeptide Injection.
