摘　　要：目的探究APN连续性排班新模式在儿科的临床应用效果。方法实施APN连续性排班新模式前后随机对我科收治的120例患儿家长发放调查问卷,问卷在相关文献基础上设计。患者满意度调查问卷包括患者对护士服务态度、沟通技巧、病房环境、业务水平、护士仪表等情况的满意情况。结果实施前后患者对护士服务态度、沟通技巧、病房环境、护士仪表4项满意度调查比较,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论 APN连续性排班新模式有助于提高患者满意度,和谐医患关系,更好地为患儿服务,值得进一步推广。Objective Scheduling a new model to explore the continuity of APN in the pediatric clinical effect. Methods Before and after the implementation of the new model of continuity of APN scheduling continuous random shifts of 120 pa- tients admitted to our department issued questionnaires to parents of children, questionnaire designed on the basis of the relevant literature. Patient satisfaction questionnaire, including attitude of nurses, communication skills, the ward environ- ment, the business level, nurses Instrument and other conditions of satisfaction instrument. Results Before and after the implementation, patient satisfaction questionnaire construction, including attitude of nurses, communication skills, the ward environment, nurses Instrument and other conditions of satisfaction instrument,patient satisfaction improved significantly, P 〈 0.05, there was significant difference. Conclusion The new model of continuity of APN scheduling contributes to improve patient satisfaction, harmonious doctor-patient relationship, and better services for children, definitely worthy of further pro- motion.
