摘　　要：目的分析带状疱疹后神经痛(PHN)的发生相关因素及治疗方法。方法回顾性分析本院2006年9月～2011年12月期间180例带状疱疹住院患者的临床资料。结果带状疱疹后神经痛最常见于60岁以上的患者,大约54.1%的60～69岁带状疱疹患者和77.8%的70～79岁带状疱疹患者可在发疹后并发PHN。7d后就诊的患者后遗神经痛发病率为61.5%。有伴发病的128例患者并发后遗神经痛的患者53例(41.4%)。结论带状疱疹后神经痛的发生与年龄、是否有伴发病、是否及时积极治疗相关,抗病毒药联合糖皮质激素的治疗可减少后遗神经痛的发生率。Objective To investigate the factors and therapy of postherpetic neuralgia.Methods The clinical features of 180 patients with HZ in my hospital between January 2009 and December 2011 were retrospectively analyzed.Results The elderly people usually over sixty years old had a higher rate of incidence（sixty to sixty-nine 54.1%,seventy to seventy-nine 77.8%）,the rate of patients remedied seven days later was 61.5%,and the rate of 128 patients with other disease falling in postherpetic neuralgia was 41.4%.Conclusion The elderly patients with herpes zoster,complications and treatment delay are prone to postherpetic neuralgia.
