坐骨神经痛40例综合物理治疗疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察应用综合物理疗法对坐骨神经痛的治疗效果。方法 80例坐骨神经痛患者随机分为对照组和综合治疗组。对照组40例给予常规治疗,综合治疗组40例在对照组基础上给予综合物理治疗(中频电+碘离子导入+微波理疗)。结果两组总有效率分别为72.5%、97.5%,综合治疗组效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合物理治疗坐骨神经痛疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of comprehensive physical therapy in treating sciatic neuralgia. Methods Eighty cases of sciatic neuralgia were randomly divided into control group and the combined treatment group. Every group had 40 cases. 40 cases of the control group received conventional therapy, 40 cases of the combined therapy group were given a comprehensive physical therapy （medium frequency electricity ＋ iodine iontophoresis ＋ microwave therapy）. Results The total effective rate were 72.5%, 97.5%, combined treatment group were better than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Physical therapy has a good effect on treating sciatic neuralgia, and worthy of clinical application.
