摘　　要：主要探讨纯羊绒产品在纺纱中的工艺技术问题。由于纯羊绒产品在细纱及后道生产过程中难度不大,因此主要针对纯羊绒产品在进口前纺设备上生产时从工艺技术方面所作的调整。通过对比试验发现:调整工艺后可缩短工艺道数、降低各道牵伸倍数与并合的根数、改善针梳机上的针板号数、增加粗纱条出条条重确保纯羊绒条条干质量。同时在针梳机上喷加和毛油时喷加的量要充足、均匀,同时保证毛条的储存时间,以提高羊绒条抱合性能,防止出现因毛条松散而影响羊绒条的正常生产。One of the main difficulties for the production of pure cashmere products in the spinning process technology is issued. As in the spun yarn of pure cashmere products and production process after the road is not so difficult, mainly for pure cashmere products in the imported spinning device, we areadjusted from the production process technology. By the contrast testing, it vital to improve the poor cashmere tops quality by the ways of reducing the drawing processing routes, the combing draft and the number of the sliver, improving the nipper No, enhancing the output weight of roving sliver. It is veryimportant that we spray oil amount to full, uniform and pay attention to the storage in the gilling machine to prevent the cashmere tops loosing, so as to keep the processing normally.
